Ustell Management, a multifamily property owner, recognized the growing demand for electric vehicle (EV) charging but didn’t know where to start. They were unsure how to navigate the costs, incentive programs, and utility requirements. With limited knowledge and no prior experience managing EV infrastructure, the project remained stalled.

Our team successfully secured full incentives and rebates for the properties, including funding from NJDEP and JCP&L.

Ustell Management successfully added EV chargers to multiple properties without spending a dollar out of pocket. The new chargers immediately enhanced the value of the properties by offering a premium amenity that appeals to a growing segment of renters. In addition to boosting occupancy and retention, the charging stations began generating passive income—turning a potential expense into a long-term revenue stream.
